The basic process of traditional sand casting has the following steps: sand mixing, mould making, core making, moulding, pouring, sand falling, grinding and processing, inspection and other steps

2, casting processing, for some special requirements of the casting or some casting can not meet the requirements of the casting, may need simple processing. Generally use grinding wheels or grinders for processing and polishing to remove burrs and make the castings more polished.
