Sand 3D printing

The Patternless Casting Manufacturing, also known as PCM technology, was initialed in 1994 by Professor Yan Team in hope of boosting the development of this technology within the motherland. After years of continuous efforts, PCM was successfully utilized to various fields. Use sand to fabricate cores and molds for the sand casting process, can reduce mold cost and save manufacturing time. Now our maximum printing size of PCM2500 is 2500X1000X800mm which provides rapid prototyping for big size intricate casting parts for various industries. It can save the trouble of a physical pattern to create a mold and also avoid the high expense of creating a mold for casting. 

Metal 3D printing

3DP printing technology is the latest printing technology we developed, it is 50-100 times faster than LSL (Selective Laser Sintering) and LSM (Selective Laser Melting), and also much more efficient, dramatically reduced the consumption and production time. Even the most elaborate test is accomplished with us. The printer head will jet binder precisely according to the cross-section images. The binder then reacts with the activator and cementation will occur immediately and derosination and sinter by firing. The technology has been widely used in aerospace, medical equipment, mold manufacturing, foundry, new material research, etc.

Ceramic and Plastic 3D

Ceramic has good performance on corrosion resistance, electrical insulation and chemical stability. Withstand temperatures well above 1,000 °C without distortion or fatigue. Technical ceramics are increasingly used even in modern vehicle and automotive engineering and support the trend towards lightweight construction thanks to its high degree of hardness at relatively low weight. Our printing technology offers a great variety of material applications, including ceramic, PLA, ABS, Nylon...
