FHZL-TECH SAND MOLD 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY LEADER

Guangdong Fenghua Zhuoli Technology Co., Ltd (stock code: 834914, initials: FHZL) is the pioneer leading the commercialization of sand mold 3D printing technology in China. The technology is from Professor Yan Yongnian of Qsinghua University, the first person to conduct R&D of sand mold 3D printing in China. The R&D team led by Professor Yan initiated the tackling of Patternless Casting Manufacturing (PCM) in 1994. After years of continuous efforts, the first generation of PCM 3D sand printer original in China was launched in 2010 and it was successfully utilized to various fields such as automobile and valve industry. FHZL has achieved three firsts among its Chinese peers: the first successfully launched the binder jet sand 3D printer, the first utilized its sand 3D printer to foundry applications and the first exported the sand 3D printer to the overseas market. After nearly 20 years’ hardworking, FHZL has become an expert in Rapid prototype and batches manufacturing of metal parts (abbreviated as “RM” division) and Additive 3D printer Equipment manufacturing (abbreviated as “AM).

BRAND

•  FHZL is a new OTC market listed company.

• Company insists on the integration of production, study, research and application. It applies its own sand 3D printer to the company's foundry workshop, and constantly upgrades its technology. After nearly 20 years of hardworking, the company has accumulated rich experience in foundry technology.

• Our company has a high market share on sand 3D printers and rapid prototype casting part and machining part.

• The sand 3D printer independently developed by our company has won nearly 100  patents.

PRODUCT

• Printing efficiency is the highest in the industry. The number of resin jetting head is less, but the speed of printing is much higher.

• Formulation of printing process. The independently developed printing management software allows users to select appropriate printing formulas and parameters according to the requirements of casting process.

COST

•  Low operating costs and high utilization of consumables. For example, in the process of printing, the overflow sand of laying can be collected automatically, and it can be directly recycled online

• Low maintenance cost. For example, a smaller number of jetting nozzles can achieve relatively higher printing efficiency and the maintenance cost of jetting nozzle are low.

RM DIVISION OF FHZL

RM DIVISION OF FHZL

Fenghua Zhuolis rapid manufacturing division is committed to the development of high-end metal prototypes and to provide users with rapid manufacturing solutions for small and medium-sized metal parts. It has more than 20 years of complex castings such as military, aerospace and automotive parts Experience in casting and processing.  It has advanced testing equipment such as three-coordinate measuring instruments, X-ray flaw detection and mechanical properties, and spectral analysis.

RM DIVISION OF FHZL

The testing facilities are complete. The rapid manufacturing division uses high-speed 3D printing sand mold equipment to print sand cores through solidification simulation, and combines gravity casting and low-pressure casting production methods.

It is also equipped with dozens of imported DMG and Mazak precision CNC machine tools.
The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and other system certifications.

AM DIVISION OF FHZL

AM DIVISION OF FHZL

Additive Manufacturing Equipment Division of FHZL, is devoted to R&D, manufacturing and sales of 3D printers. The self-developed sand 3D printers by FHZL have won lots of national invention patents and a high market share in domestic market with the largest number of users.FHZL is also the first Chinese enterprise to export the sand 3D printers to the overseas market. It can also meet customers’ demands on different casting process by simply choosing the appropriate parameters.

AM DIVISION OF FHZL

Based on its twenty years’ expertise of 3D printing technology and rich experience of casting application on various metal materials, FHZL has launched the 4th Generation sand 3D printer in 2019, which achieves higher printing speed and better printing efficiency, but lower operation cost and maintenance cost.
FHZL will continue its efforts on refinement and innovation on 3D printing technology to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional foundries.
